Privacy & removal.

What gets saved.

Joining saves your email address, signup date, your consent to product-update emails and the version of that consent notice. We also save the page’s source label and any campaign labels in the link you followed. If you answer the optional questions, we save your phone model, controller, intended use, game choices and price preference. Every survey answer is optional.

We use this information to plan the product and communicate about its development. This service collects interest; it does not take payments or create an account. Email addresses are not verified. We use Resend to send a one-time acknowledgment for a new signup. Receiving it does not verify ownership of the address. Future product updates require a separate sending workflow; this service does not send campaigns.

Welcome email.

To deliver the acknowledgment, we send Resend the recipient’s email address and the message content. We do not send optional survey answers to Resend. Repeated submissions for an address already on the list do not trigger another welcome email. See Resend’s privacy policy for how it processes information.

Temporary delivery status and anti-abuse records use internal references, without storing another copy of your email address or optional answers in the delivery queue. These operational records are scheduled to expire after 7 days; Firestore’s automatic cleanup is not instant, and they can remain briefly after signup removal. Removing a signup cannot recall an email already delivered, and a message already in progress may still arrive.

Where it is stored.

GitHub Pages hosts this website. A Google Cloud Run service receives submissions, and Google Cloud Firestore stores signup records in the us-central1 location. Access to the stored list is restricted to the project operator and authorized service accounts; the website cannot read or download the list.

GitHub and Google process technical request information, which may include connection addresses and service logs, under their respective GitHub privacy statement and Google privacy policy. The signup application does not save raw network addresses in signup records. It uses short-lived, keyed-hash anti-abuse counters and a shared request limit to reduce repeated submissions. Provider logs have their own retention settings.

Signup records are scheduled to expire 24 months after the first signup for that email address. Repeat submissions share the original expiry date and do not extend it. Firestore’s automatic expiry cleanup is not instant, so records can remain briefly after their expiry time. You can request removal sooner using the options below.

This tab’s signup access.

This site keeps a random signup access token in your browser’s session storage so this tab can update optional answers or remove the submission. The token is sent to the signup service for those actions; it is not put in page URLs.

Closing the tab or clearing session storage can remove that access. It does not delete the saved submission. If browser storage is unavailable, the controls work while this page remains open.

Remove your signup.

The button below removes the submission made in this tab session and its optional answers. Separate submissions for the same address may remain. To withdraw your consent, request all records for an address, correct your information or ask for deletion of earlier submissions and any operator-held exports, email contact@getdockade.com. We may need to confirm that the address belongs to you before acting on a request.

Optional analytics.

Google Analytics starts only if you choose to allow analytics. We use its aggregated reports to understand page visits, basic device and browser information, approximate geographic information and counts of successful signups. Your analytics choice is separate from consent to product-update emails; you can use the website and signup form without allowing analytics.

We do not send email addresses, survey answers, signup access tokens or page URL queries to Google Analytics. Analytics uses its own cookies to distinguish visits after you opt in. These cookies are set for 30 days; your allow or decline preference is saved in this browser’s local storage.

Choose Analytics preferences in the footer at any time to change your choice. Declining stops future analytics collection on this site and clears this site’s analytics cookies. Withdrawing permission does not automatically remove reports already received by Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes information.
